Music Ministries

A place to grow, worship, and make a joyful sound together.

Our Music Ministry leads worship each Sunday through traditional and contemporary styles, with opportunities for all ages to get involved. Through our GAME program, we offer affordable music lessons for children in the community, and host concerts, guest ensembles, and valley-wide Summer Sing-a-Longs. Lift your voice and be part of the sound!

Chancel Choir

The Chancel Choir leads worship each Sunday at the 10:30am traditional service. Rehearsing Wednesday evenings from 7:15–9:00pm, we are blessed to have a good balance of experienced SATB singers. Our music spans classical works, hymn arrangements, gospel, and world music—both accompanied and a cappella.

Summer Sings

Our Summer Sing-a-Longs are fun-and-done in one Saturday! We rehearse a masterwork during the day, host a catered meal, and then perform the work that same evening. Led by experienced choral conductors and accompanists, these events have become must-sings in the Vegas valley! Recent performances include: Faure Requiem, Famous Gilbert and Sullivan Choruses, Rutter Gloria, Schubert Mass in G, and others.

Next Summer Sings Series

Our Instruments

Organs

Sanctuary

When our church moved from 1515 West Charleston, we brought with us all 32 ranks of pipes from our Abbott and Sieker pipe organ.  These pipes are now being installed in the organ chamber up high in the front of our new church.  We have also purchased one new set of large pipes to fill in some bass sounds. Our new Rodgers Imagine 359 electronic organ was installed in March, 2026 and it will be combined with our pipes.  This will become a Hybrid Organ.  The Rodgers organ has 3 manuals, 99 levels of memory and many additional sounds that can be combined with our pipes.  It has lighted draw knobs and many electronic features such as a transposer, a bass coupler, a melody coupler and a record function.  This organ will be able to lead congregational singing, accompany the choirs and present the world of organ literature.

Chapel

Our new Rodgers Inspire 233 Classical Organ was installed in March 2026.  It has two manuals with lighted tabs and pistons.  It is an excellent instrument for not only leading in worship but for playing for weddings and memorial services.
